Discovery and Analysis
A new website design all starts with a dive into your business goals. Building your dream website takes understanding what you want to accomplish. In this phase we also learn about your target market – your customer. Knowing their pain point and the language they use informs messaging, page grouping (information architecture), and search engine optimization tactics. We’ll ask you a ton of questions. Your answers direct your website project.
Strategy: Information Architecture & Specification Building
Information architecture is the foundation of a great user experience.
Based on business goals, Keystone plans out how your website pages will fit together in a streamlined and organized manner. We specify and document each page of your new website in your site’s information architecture map. Each page of a website should have a goal and a concrete path to achieving it, and this should be documented. It’s in this stage that we plot out how your customers fulfill their needs in the most straightforward manner.

Website design plays an integral role in ensuring business goals are achieved. Your visitor’s visual experience is a critical piece in the success and credibility of your website. Most of our sites are built using the WordPress content management system (CMS). Keystone will install and customize the WordPress framework, theme, and all required plugins on your web server or ours. We ensure your site is developed using the most current best practices. We make certain your site is working well on both PCs & MACS, and on all prominent web browsers. We’ll make sure your website views correctly on tablets and mobile devices.
Website Launch and Your Website Warranty
We launch your site with best practices in place to ensure your new website does not lose search engine ranking. Our proactive measures include creating official web page redirects from all old website pages to your new website pages.
Now that your website has launched, it’s not over. With a Keystone-built website, you’ll have a 45-day warranty period to review your website and ensure it works the way you expect.
