The Background: Scaling Without Friction
At the start of our partnership, Access Infusion Care faced a common “growth pain”: managing a fragmented digital presence while aggressively expanding. With a roadmap to acquire 2 to 3 new companies per year, the existing manual processes were not sustainable.
Keystone was brought in to build a centralized digital infrastructure that achieves four critical business requirements:
- Brand Authority: Establish a “trusted expert” identity online while maintaining the “community-focused” feel of local clinics.
- Operational Unity: Bring diverse acquisitions, starting with Michigan and Montana centers, under a single, high-performance brand umbrella.
- Market Leadership: Drive business growth across all service lines (clinics, in-home, and suites) by making the centers easy to find for both patients and medical providers.
- Talent Acquisition: Ensure the websites effectively attracts job seekers.
The Strategy: Architecture for Rapid Acquisition
Access Infusion Care’s business model depends on the seamless integration of 2 to 3 new companies per year. A traditional, “bloated” CMS would have created a technical bottleneck and ballooning maintenance costs with every new acquisition.
- The Scalable Core: Keystone engineered a custom, open-source platform (PHP/JS) designed for high-speed performance and multi-site management. This architecture eliminates the recurring high costs of building from scratch for every new market.
- The “Plug-and-Play” Model: By using a subdomain architecture, we can launch new clinic sites (like the initial Michigan and Montana locations) under a unified brand umbrella in a fraction of the time it would take to build from scratch.
- Operational Efficiency: We prioritized the “Provider Journey.” By streamlining the findability of 60-plus critical RX PDF forms, we reduced friction for the medical providers who drive the company’s patient volume. This ensures that as the company scales, the patient intake process remains seamless and professional.
The Impact: Data-Driven Expansion
While the new Michigan and Montana sites launched in December 2025, the primary value for leadership is the foundation for data-driven decision-making.
- Centralized Intelligence: We implemented a “Master Container” via Google Tag Manager. This means every future acquisition is automatically standardized into a global reporting ecosystem without the need for additional, expensive custom development.
- Visualized ROI: Using Looker Studio, we’ve bridged the gap between raw data and business insights. Leadership can now see exactly which marketing channels, from organic search to referrals, are delivering the highest volume of patients across all regions, allowing for smarter budget allocation.
- Growth-Ready SEO: With the technical foundation solidified, Keystone is now executing SEO and optimization strategies specifically designed to increase “findability” and attract top-tier job seekers to support its expanding footprint. This ensures the platform continues to build equity and drive local patient volume as the company grows.
